We’re excited to kick off another great year at Toledo Preparatory Academy. Join us for our Back-to-School Night where you can meet your new teachers, tour the campus, and sign up for FREE services. Kids can play in the Bounce House, while families stop by stations to sign up for Transportation, Classroom DoJo, and complete enrollment paperwork. Families who complete all sign-up stations get a FREE Toledo Prep T-shirt! This event will be held on our elementary school campus at 824 6th St, Toledo.
Ready to enroll? Be prepared with the following documents:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residence
- Parent ID (for primary, custodial parent)
- Immunization Records
